Julia is an experienced physio focused on rehabilitation and whole-body care.
She has developed extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions through evidence-based rehabilitation and individualized exercise prescription.
Her clinical approach emphasizes understanding how the body functions as an integrated system, allowing her to create tailored treatment programs that not only address pain but also improve long-term movement quality and physical performance.
Julia has worked with diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from injury, patients undergoing conservative rehabilitation, those living with chronic pain, and active individuals aiming to safely return to sport and daily activities.
She also has a special interest in scoliosis management, including knowledge of the Schroth Method.
In addition, she is currently undertaking further study in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), with particular interest in integrating principles of movement, stability, and functional rehabilitation into clinical practice.
